Hi John,

I have been enjoying Margaritas using the Tavern Sweet n Sour Mix for years. Lately, I use it very sparingly because I can no longer find it at Bashas or Walgreens. I do not like the Margarita mixes on the market now; they are too stringent. The bottle I have is clear plastic with red lettering, not like any of those on your web site.

Can you tell me which of your products is most like the original recipe as none of them has the exact name of the one I'm enjoying.

Thank you for taking my email. I look forward to continuing to make the most enjoyable
Margaritas!

Sincerely,
Ann Sheppard

Cost to purchase and ship? I live in North Carolina and cannot purchase your sweet and sour locally. What is the cost to purchase and ship to my home?

Thanks,

I've been using your margarita mix for years. My friends always tell me I make the best margaritas they've ever tasted. I tell them the secret is in the mix.

My current problem is I've run out of your mix and would like to order another case of it. Please contact me to arrange for payment and shipping. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Monday morning B/4 11:00 A.M. (California time) would be fine. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am trying to locate Tavern sweet and sour mix, which I have bought for the last 40 years. I am in Las Vegas, Nevada and every store used to carry it, now I can't find it anywhere. Could you please direct me to a store that still carries your product?

Thanks!

Hi John:

I'd like to send a case of 1.75L to my daughter in Milwaukee as a gift. No retail outlets in her area carry your product.

Please let me know if you can accommodate the order and pricing. I would also appreciate a telephone number to provide credit card and shipping info. Prefer not to email credit card information.

Hi John, Very nice website, so simple and straight to the point. I hope to learn from your business techniques, ethics, and good points about starting up a business. I got so much knowledge about your business practices when we sat down during breakfast in Afghanistan. Sorry that I interrupted that breakfast in the chow hall. I hope to see you a lot and get more knowledge before I start my own business.

I sure hope I can distribute your products too when I get home.

Subject: North Texas (Dallas - Fort Worth)

Hi John:

We relocated to Texas from Southern California and can't find your products here, or in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where my daughter lives. There is not a good Sweet 'N Sour available that even begins to hold a candle to Tavern. Everytime I visit my son in Denver, I bring back a lot of Tavern, but friends and family end up with it.

In any event, is Tavern available in North Texas or Wisconsin?

If not, why not? I believe my son, (same name) may have contacted you. He told me something about buying product directly from Tavern. I've found it online, but shipping costs make the product really expensive.

HELP!

Subject: Questions on the mix
Hello John,

I am sorry to bother you with a trivial question, but after waiting for a few weeks to see if your web site would be relaunched, I decided to contact you directly. I recently ate at Camerones Restaurant & Cantina and the manager there graciously gave me a bottle of your margarita mix because we complimented him on the quality of the margarita's we enjoyed. I have a friend of a friend who owns a few casual Mexican restaurants and before telling him about your product I just had a couple quick questions....
1) What is the shelf life of the bottle unopened?
2) What is the shelf life of the bottle once opened?

Thank you,

I'm interested in purchasing Tavern products, but I now live in Ohio. While living in CA I could purchase it at Ralph's Markets, but Ohio does not carry your product. Do you know where in NW Ohio that I can purchase your products?

Thank you for you response to my request!

Hi,

My name is Sandy and I live in Santa Maria, California. We have been making our margaritas with your mix for years and we can't find a better mix - just makes the very best drinks.
My problem is...we have been purchasing the mix from Ralph's Market and we just found out tonight that they have discontinued selling your mix. I have called five other Ralph's stores within an hours drive from where we live and no one has any and they too have discontinued your product.

So, where can I find this mix?? Do you have a local distributor in our area that we can order from them??
Please let me know - I have spoken with a representative from your Florida location long ago but agreed that it would cost too much money for the shipping to have you send it directly to me from there.

Thanking you in advance for your help in locating this mix.

Hi, Stater Bros stopped selling your Sweet and Sour Mix and I have had no luck finding your mix any closer than 30 miles away, so I buy cases at a time. Can you tell me if there is a place close to Yucaipa, CA 92399 that sells it? Thank You!
